Terms of Use

These terms apply when you use Catskills Property Connect, submit a property request, apply as a provider, or pay a provider lead fee.

Our role

Catskills Property Connect is an independent connection and referral service. We are not the contractor, property manager, employer, partner, or agent of a listed provider or property owner. We do not control or perform the work.

Property-owner requests

Submitting a request is free and does not require you to hire anyone. You agree that the information you provide is accurate and that we may share a masked version of the request with a limited number of relevant providers. By default, we send up to two matched providers' business contact information to you; your own contact information is shared only if you chose to allow provider contact.

Provider responsibilities

Providers remain solely responsible for their licenses, insurance, estimates, contracts, taxes, employees, safety, and work. Providers must give accurate information about their services and coverage area.

Lead fees

Up to three relevant providers may receive the same masked opportunity. A short reservation begins when a provider starts checkout. The first provider to complete payment earns the primary contact position. After that, one remaining provider may purchase a lower-priced alternate position. Prices are shown privately before payment. No more than two provider contacts are sent to the customer. A lead is an introduction, not a promise that the owner will contact, hire, or pay a provider, or that the work will have any particular value.

If a paid lead is a duplicate previously purchased by the same provider or is clearly outside the provider's accepted service or coverage area, contact us within seven days. We will review the request and may provide a replacement or refund when appropriate.

Due diligence and disputes

Property owners should independently review pricing, references, licensing, insurance, qualifications, and contract terms before hiring. Any agreement about work is directly between the owner and provider. Disputes about work, payment for work, property damage, or personal injury must be resolved between those parties.

Acceptable use

Do not submit false requests, impersonate another person or business, interfere with the website, scrape personal information, or use the service for unlawful or abusive activity.

Service availability

We may change, pause, or discontinue features, pricing, or service areas. We do not guarantee that a matching provider will be available or that the website will always operate without interruption.
