No. Submitting a property request is free and does not obligate you to hire anyone.
Does Catskills Property Connect perform the work?
No. We are an independent connection service. The provider gives the estimate, enters the service agreement with you, and performs the work.
Will several providers call me?
No. By default, providers review a masked request and your contact details remain private. We send you no more than two provider contact options so you decide whom to call. You may separately choose to allow the matched providers to contact you.
How do I choose a provider?
Review the provider's estimate, insurance, licensing where applicable, references, schedule, and written terms before hiring.
